The fourth quarter of 2023 saw notable performance trends among the top sandbox-like games on the Android platform in Romania. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into downloads, revenue, and active user trends for the leading titles.

Roblox experienced a significant increase in both revenue and downloads. Revenue grew steadily from $33K in late September to a peak of approximately $81K in the final week of December. Downloads followed a similar upward trajectory, reaching 42K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users also saw a rise, from 1.1M in late September to nearly 1.4M by the end of December.

Block Crazy Robo World showed a continuous increase in downloads, starting at around 6K in late September and peaking at 13.7K by the end of December. The game’s weekly active users rose from 46K to 67K over the same period.

Block Craft 3D: Building Game saw a notable increase in downloads, with numbers growing from 4.7K in late September to 15.3K in the last week of December. Active users also increased, from 39K to 71K over the quarter.

MiniCraft: Blocky Craft 2024 demonstrated a consistent rise in downloads, starting at 4K in late September and reaching 9.6K by the end of December. Weekly active users increased from 12K to 22K during the same timeframe.

Craftsman: Building Craft maintained a steady growth in downloads, from 5.4K in late September to 8.4K by the end of December. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around the 130K to 140K mark over the quarter.
